THE CAPITAL CITY PRODUCTIONS REFUND, ADMITTANCE & EXCHANGE POLICY

Sorry, all tickets are nonrefundable and/or exchangeable*. Perhaps you know a friend or relative who could use a night out. Our tickets make great presents.

There is no late seating. Patrons arriving late will be seated at the nearest possible break in the performance by an usher.

*The use of recording devices and flash photography is strictly prohibited due to copyright regulations. You are welcome to take photos in our lobby and prior to curtain time, intermission and at the conclusion of the show in the theatre. The CCP Theatre staff/volunteers reserve the right to remove and possibly refuse admittance to persons deemed disruptive or abusive without refund.

*Performances at Capital City Productions are not cancelled due to weather conditions. As long as the actors are on stage and able to perform, the show will go on. Because tickets are not refundable or exchangeable after purchase, we do encourage everyone to travel safely and provide themselves with extra travel time in the event of inclement weather.

*Please note that we will work with CCP Season Ticket Holders to try to switch their tickets to another performance provided the requested performance is not sold out.
