Children at the Theatre
To ensure the enjoyment of the performance for all our patrons, should any child become disruptive during the show, a member of our ushering staff or management may ask you to step out in the lobby for a brief moment. All children must have a ticket. Due to the JCFD fire safety code, lap children are not permitted.
I notice that Season Tickets are on sale but I want to purchase tickets for an individual show. Why can't I do that now?
Season Ticket holders are given preference to performances and we need to make sure that their seats are accommodated first. Individual show tickets will be released two months prior to the show opening. Part of the reason for this is that we are a small, volunteer run organization with limited resources. Plus we have to work within the constraints of the software available to us in our price range. Our system only allows us to have a certain numbers of tickets available online at one time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our patrons.
What are the normal show times?
Dinner Evening Performance (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)D dinner served at 6:30pm. The show begins at – 7:30pm
Matinee Performance (Saturday) Dinner served between 12:00pm – 1:00pm. The show begins at 1:00pm
My plans have changed and I cannot come to the show. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, all tickets are nonrefundable. Perhaps you know a friend or relative who could use a night out. Our tickets make great presents.
Please note that we will work with Season Ticket Holders to try to switch their tickets to another performance provided the requested performance is not sold out.
I want to sit with my friends at a certain table. How do I ensure that I can do that?
The best way is to get season tickets! Season ticket holders get priority seating at each production. Otherwise when you purchase your ticket online you will select the table you wish to sit at. If you purchase your ticket by calling our ticket line simply state what table you would like to sit at and which friends you anticipate will be attending the same show. We will make every effort to accommodate you. Please note that some shows sell out early and while we may be able to get you into a certain performance we may not be able to seat you and your friends at the same table.
How many people can sit at a table?
Our round tables can sit up to eight people.
I want to attend a performance but I may not know which date until the day of the show. Can I still get a ticket?
Sometimes. If we are not sold out and you get your reservation in before noon for an evening performance or 9:00 am for a matinee, we can seat you. The reason for this is so that we can give our caterer the proper head count to ensure that there is plenty of food for everyone to enjoy.
I want to come to a show but not eat dinner. Is it possible to get a ticket?
Show only tickets may be available when a show is not sold out. You can come to the theatre thirty minutes before curtain for a show only ticket. These tickets are $25.00 each plus taxes and fees.
