Capital City Productions is thrilled to announce the music for its October production of “Dracula, The Musical” will be performed by the Jefferson City Symphony Orchestra.

The amazing musicians of the Jefferson City Symphony will bring this lush score to life in all its glory, and CCP could not be more excited about this new artistic partnership.

CCP is so grateful for this opportunity to work with our community’s premiere musicians in this renowned orchestra and look forward to the future of the arts coming together to provide the best audience experience in Mid-Missouri!

Drink deep… and live forever! A terrifying and passionate new musical based on the world famous novel by Bram Stoker.

Dracula The Musical is a thrilling drama of suspense and a Gothic romance of dreamlike temptation from the extraordinary team of Christopher Hampton, Don Black and Frank Wildhorn (Jekyll & Hyde, The Civil War).

Set in Europe at the end of the Victorian Age, the story follows the famed vampire as he lusts for new blood.

Jonathan Harker and Mina Murray fall victim to Dracula’s unnatural charm and, along with Doctor Van Helsing, must fight Dracula’s supernatural powers.

Dracula will enthrall audiences with its powerful score and for showcasing dark and gothic sets and costumes, and bringing the undead to life in this haunting musical of unrequited love.
